Housekeeping Operations Manager

Airport Inn is seeking a skilled Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our housekeeping team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction in our facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Hire, train, and supervise a team of cleaning staff to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
- Inspect facilities to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions to maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer service.
- Recommend additional services to enhance the overall guest experience.
Requirements:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Work Environment:
- Combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
- Standing for extended periods.
Support for Newcomers and Refugees:
- Participates in a government or community program that supports newcomers and refugees.
- Supports newcomers and refugees with foreign credential recognition.
Support for Youths:
- Participates in a government or community program that supports youth employment.
Support for Indigenous People:
- Participates in a government or community program that supports Indigenous people.

- Participates in a government or community program that supports visible minorities.
