Job Title: Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Perth Mews Pharmacy. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Tasks: Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences, determine and establish office procedures and routines, schedule and confirm appointments, answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages, and compile data, statistics, and other information.
  • Office Management: Order office supplies and maintain inventory, greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas, and set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems.
  • Communication: Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents, and answer electronic enquiries.
  • Computer and Technology: Proficient in Google Docs, MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Office.
  • Area of Specialization: Correspondence, reports and records, manuscripts, publications, or theses.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Work under pressure, tight deadlines, attention to detail, and repetitive tasks.
  • Personal Suitability: Ability to multitask, excellent oral and written communication, flexibility, organized, team player, accurate, client focus, and reliability.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role, with a permanent position and 35 to 40 hours per week.
