Pharmacist - Community Health Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Pharmacist to join our team at Loblaw Companies Limited. As a key member of our pharmacy team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and ensuring the safe and effective management of medications.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare, dispense, and control medications accurately and timely to patients
- Ensure adequate inventory levels to meet patients' needs
- Counsel patients on new and additional medications in a friendly and professional manner
- Create awareness and educate customers through public health initiatives and clinics
- Provide timely and positive resolution to patients' needs and doctors' requests/issues
- Review and control costs at all levels within the pharmacy
- Provide ongoing training for new and existing pharmacy colleagues
- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy and a Class A Pharmacist license
- Superior customer relations skills and a strong sense of professionalism
- Excellent leadership and performance management skills
- Proven ability to build the business using community-based marketing strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving skills, including experience formulating and executing action plans
- Strong personal computing skills, as well as knowledge of Healthwatch and/or KROLL Pharmacy Computer system
