Salary & Benefits

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $40/hour, paid Saturday through Wednesday from 3pm to 11pm. Our comprehensive benefits package includes support for your personal and professional growth, as well as opportunities for advancement within our organization.

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team as a Senior Care Specialist on an evening shift. As part of our nursing team, you will be responsible for providing holistic resident care, promoting best practices, and fostering meaningful relationships with residents and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality, person-centered care to residents, prioritizing social connection and wellness
  • Contribute to personalized wellness plans, utilizing your administrative and leadership skills to drive proactive care
  • Collaborate with Health Care Providers to ensure seamless care transitions and effective communication
Requirements
  • CURRENT REGISTRATION AND GOOD STANDING WITH THE BCCNM
  • CURRENT CPR CERTIFICATION
  • ABILITY TO COMMUNICATE EFFECTIVELY WITH RESIDENTS AND TEAM MEMBERS
  • PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE WORKING IN LONG-TERM CARE/ASSISTED LIVING ENVIRONMENT CONSIDERED AN ASSET
