Key Responsibilities
  • Administer bedside and personal care to clients, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.
  • Assist clients with bathing, dressing, and other aspects of personal hygiene, promoting their independence and dignity.
  • Plan and prepare nutritious meals, taking into account clients' dietary needs and preferences.
  • Provide companionship and social support to clients, engaging them in activities and conversations that promote their mental and emotional well-being.
  • Assist clients with mobility and transfer, ensuring their safety and comfort.
  • Monitor and report any changes in clients' condition, ensuring timely interventions and support.
Requirements
  • CPR and First Aid certification.
  • Personal Support Worker certification.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
