Senior Manager, Business Operations and Initiatives

Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and operational excellence in the Retirement division.
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver key initiatives and projects, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.
- Collaborate with the Executive Vice President of Retirement Care Operations to advance strategic objectives and drive business results.
- Oversee the development and implementation of productivity tools and accelerators to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Provide executive-level support and reporting, ensuring seamless communication with senior leaders and the Board.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
- Proven track record in strategic planning, project management, and leadership.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all organizational levels.
- Strong project management skills, ideally certified (e.g., PMP), with experience in project lifecycle management and interdepartmental communications.
