CB Canada is seeking a seasoned Project Management Professional to lead and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in project control, financial management, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the central point of contact for project stakeholders, ensuring timely communication and resolution of issues.
  • Develop and manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to ensure accurate cost tracking and forecasting.
  • Maintain project schedules, resource allocation, and risk management plans to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, delivery managers, and senior management, to ensure alignment and effective decision-making.
  • Analyze project performance data to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and areas for process optimization.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance project efficiency, productivity, and overall customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in project management, preferably in a financial institution or similar industry.
  • Proven track record in project control, financial management, and team leadership.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business administration, finance, or engineering.

Preferred Skills:

  • PMP certification.
  • Strong familiarity with MS Project, Excel, and other project management tools.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment, collaborating with remote teams and stakeholders.

Compensation: $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.

Location: Toronto, ON (hybrid work arrangement).
