About the Role

Manna Fresh Korea Inc. is seeking a skilled Culinary Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen operations, you will be responsible for planning menus, preparing and cooking meals, and ensuring the highest standards of food quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and implement menus that meet the needs of our customers and align with our company's culinary vision.
  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, including special meals for patients with dietary restrictions.
  • Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Train and supervise kitchen staff to maintain high standards of food preparation and presentation.
  • Manage inventory and supplies to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
  • Clean and maintain kitchen and work areas to ensure a safe and healthy environment.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent culinary skills and knowledge of food safety and handling procedures.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of productivity.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills to train and supervise kitchen staff.
Work Environment

This is a permanent, full-time position with a 30-40 hour workweek. The ideal candidate will be a team player with a strong work ethic and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
