Overview & Role Information:
Our team is dedicated to ensuring the success of our clients. This role centers on facilitating the effective adoption, utilization, and renewal of SAP Business Technology Platform investments, which encompass solutions for Application Development, Integration, Data Analytics, Automation, and Artificial Intelligence. Customer Success Partners (CSPs) engage with our most innovative SAP BTP clients.
CSPs manage daily customer interactions from the moment of contract signing. In this capacity, you will enhance customer experiences through product onboarding, identifying use cases, initiating projects, providing architectural guidance, offering governance coaching, accompanying projects, managing post-launch relationships, and overseeing renewal discussions.
Your primary objective will be to drive value realization for our clients. You will proactively connect with customers after the sale to ensure they derive maximum benefit from their Business Technology Platform investment. As a trusted technical advisor, you will conduct architecture workshops, share best practices, host VIP webinars, and facilitate re-platforming discussions with clients. Retention will be a key focus as you manage the customer renewal process, executing the entire opportunity-to-win cycle, including CRM, pricing, revenue recognition, legal considerations, and forecasting. Your relationship-building skills will enable you to create a network of colleagues and customer-facing personnel to support your assigned accounts, including Account Executives, Product Management, Support, Deals Desk, Implementation Services, and Partners.

Experience / Role Requirements:
You possess technical Cloud Architecture expertise and can guide clients from hands-on technical levels to strategic architectural planning as full-stack specialists. You have extensive experience with the Business Technology Platform across various domains and can articulate, explain, and draft Cloud Architectures.
You will thrive in this role if you:
- Have practical experience with SAP Business Technology Platform across multiple areas (Data Analytics, Application Development, Automation, Integration, Artificial Intelligence).
- Exhibit excellent communication (both verbal and written), presentation, program management, and organizational skills.
- Are open to travel (up to 30%) and can adapt to the unique business and cultural practices of different regions.
- Bring at least 5 years of experience in the IT sector, with a background in Software Engineering, Development Management, Project/Product Management, Pre-sales, Customer Engagement, Customer Success, Consulting, etc.
- Have a working knowledge of the SAP Cloud Portfolio, including Cloud ERP, HCM, ISBN, CX.
- Are familiar with similar Hyperscaler PaaS Solutions (e.g., MS Azure, Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud).
- Understand cloud commercial topics, including Current Cloud Backlog, cloud contracts, and renewal management.
