Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Store Manager to join our Joint Venture Partnership program and take the next step to become a business owner and partner. As the Retail Partner, you will be responsible for the operations and profitability of the store with your team.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the store team to achieve operational excellence and maximize efficiency, productivity, and performance.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the support network to nurture your leadership skills and overcome business challenges.
- Work closely with the team to provide a positive experience for all customers.
