Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales staff, ensuring that they are meeting their sales targets and providing excellent customer service.
  • Merchandise Management: Order and manage inventory, ensuring that our store is well-stocked and that our merchandise is displayed in an attractive and appealing manner.
  • Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that our customers leave the store satisfied and happy.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular reports on sales volumes, merchandise sales, and personnel matters, providing valuable insights and recommendations to management.
  • Store Operations: Establish and maintain a clean and safe working environment, ensuring that our store is well-maintained and that our equipment is in good working order.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail management role
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week
