Job Summary

DR AHMAD INC is seeking an experienced Office Manager to oversee the day-to-day administrative operations of our establishment. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing new administrative procedures, delegating work to office support staff, and carrying out administrative activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement new administrative procedures to improve efficiency and productivity
  • Delegate work to office support staff to ensure effective task management
  • Carry out administrative activities such as budget planning, expenditure control, and office services coordination
  • Coordinate and plan for office services including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services
  • Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Plan and control budget and expenditures to ensure effective financial management
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
  • Work Term: Permanent
  • Work Language: English
  • Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week
