About the Role

iA Financial Group is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Regional Support Specialist to join our Individual Life Sales and Marketing Team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting sales activities and liaising with Vancouver administrative departments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate general office and sales team activities to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Develop and maintain marketing materials, including documents and digital content, to support the sales team.
  • Assist in preparing letters, marketing materials, email campaigns, and digital marketing initiatives from a design and execution standpoint.
  • Build relationships with clients, including MGA's, Advisors, and Admin Assistants, and serve as a key point of contact for them.
  • Prepare expense reports and invoices, and follow up on payments.
  • Support the RVP with expense submissions and other administrative tasks.
  • Perform various administrative tasks related to the execution of plans put in place by the sales team.
  • Arrange and coordinate meetings and events, and attend meetings as needed to provide support.
  • Manage marketing inventory and order supplies as needed.
  • Serve as a resource for other projects and ad-hoc assignments.
  • Support CE Credit Management in conjunction with the person assigned to issuing credits.
  • Perform administrative tasks for special events, such as holiday card design and distribution.
  • Manage promotional items and handle confidential documents.
  • Assist with scheduling appointments and travel arrangements.

Requirements

  • High school diploma and college marketing diploma.
  • Bachelor's degree in business or finance, or a related subject (asset).
  • 2 years of experience working in the insurance industry.

Compensation

The typical hiring range for this position is from $56,000 to $60,000 annually, with base pay determined by location and may vary depending on skills, job-related knowledge, experience, and internal equity. All permanent employees of iA are also entitled to an annual bonus.
