Job Title: Office Manager

Alberta Ltd. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team. As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our office, including administrative tasks, budgeting, and personnel management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain office procedures and policies
  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and maintenance
  • Coordinate office services, including accommodation, relocation, and security
  • Assist in the preparation of operating budgets and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Permanent employment
  • English language proficiency
  • 35 hours per week
