Vancouver Coastal Health is seeking a highly skilled Mental Health Liaison Nurse to join our In-Patient Psychiatry team at Sechelt Hospital. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will provide comprehensive care to patients with mental health and substance use presentations.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a Registered Nurse or Registered Psychiatric Nurse with a passion for providing treatment services to individuals in need. With three years of recent experience in a similar role, you will have a solid understanding of emergency mental health and crisis stabilization principles.

As a Mental Health Liaison Nurse, you will work closely with clients, families, and healthcare partners to ensure seamless care transitions between programs and services. Your expertise in Trauma-Informed Practice, Harm Reduction approaches, and Strengths-Based Care will enable you to provide culturally safe and patient-centered care.
