Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Support Specialist to join our team. As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining end-user IT equipment in various environments, providing first, second, and third levels of HelpDesk support, and performing various IT projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install and maintain end-user IT equipment in Unclassified, Protected, and Classified environments.
  • Provide first, second, and third levels of HelpDesk support on an ongoing basis.
  • Perform various IT projects, including support of LiveScan fingerprinting systems, use of Active Directory, and rollout of new IT equipment.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless IT operations.
Requirements
  • Graduation from a two-year program of study from a recognized post-secondary institution with acceptable specialization in computer science, information technology, information management, or another relevant specialty.
  • Successful completion of a university degree in computer science, information systems technology, information management, or another relevant specialty.
  • RCMP Top Secret Security Clearance.
  • Valid driver's license.
