Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing documents.
  • Office Management: Ensure the smooth operation of our office, including maintaining accurate records, managing supplies, and coordinating office services.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to our clients, including responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information.
  • Task Management: Manage tasks and priorities, including delegating work to office support staff, establishing work priorities, and ensuring procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Policy Administration: Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records in processing requests under government access to information and privacy legislation.
  • Office Services: Coordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Financial Management: Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Reporting: Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Office Administration: Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years.
  • Language: English.
  • Computer Skills: MS Excel, MS Office, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, MS Word.
