About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Twister's Cannabis Inc. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and promoting our products to drive sales and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet customers and discuss their needs, providing advice and recommendations on our products.
  • Sales and Merchandising: Operate cash register, maintain sales records, and assist in displaying merchandise to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products, including their features, benefits, and applications.
  • Store Operations: Assist in maintaining a clean and organized store environment, including receiving and stocking merchandise.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales and customer service goals.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Will train.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment, with regular standing, walking, and lifting up to 25 pounds.
  • Personal Suitability: Quick learner, accurate, client-focused, and able to work in a team environment.
