Job Title: Retail Sales Associate

We are seeking a Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Twister's Cannabis Inc. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and promoting our products to customers.

Responsibilities:
  • Operate cash register and process transactions accurately
  • Provide advice and recommendations to customers on products and services
  • Advertise and promote products, sales, and services to customers
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer complaints in a professional manner
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including stocking shelves and facing merchandise
  • Assist in visual merchandising and display of products
  • Process returns and exchanges in a timely and efficient manner
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
