Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Whitewater Rafting Guide to join our team at Glacier Raft Company Ltd. As a Whitewater Rafting Adventure Leader, you will be responsible for leading groups on exciting outdoor adventures, operating and maintaining watercraft, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead groups on whitewater rafting trips and ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all participants.
  • Operate and maintain watercraft, including rafts and kayaks.
  • Plan and coordinate trips, including itinerary development and logistics.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a high level of client satisfaction.
  • Maintain equipment and ensure that all necessary safety protocols are in place.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience as a whitewater rafting guide or in a related field.
  • First Aid and CPR certification.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle heavy loads.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility and ability to work in a team environment.
