We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Bookkeeper to join our team at Freshii. As a Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing cheques for payroll, and reconciling accounts.
Key Responsibilities- Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including general ledgers and financial statements.
- Payroll Administration: Prepare cheques for payroll and ensure timely payment to employees.
- Account Reconciliation: Reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy and identify any discrepancies.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare financial reports, including trial balance and other statistical reports.
- Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in bookkeeping or a related field.
- Skills: Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work under tight deadlines.
This is a permanent position with a 30-40 hour workweek. The work language is English.
