Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Care Services Manager to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality care services to our residents.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement individualized care plans for residents, ensuring their unique needs are met and exceeded.
  • Lead and manage a team of care professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure exceptional care delivery.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.

Requirements

  • Registered Nurse (RN) or Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) designation with current registration.
  • CPR and First Aid Certification.
