Job Title: Early Childhood Educator

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our team at QT Daycare. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and education to our young learners.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement engaging child-care programs that promote the physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development of children.
  • Supervise and support staff, trainees, or volunteers to ensure a safe and nurturing environment.
  • Lead activities that foster creativity, imagination, and learning through storytelling, music, and exploration.
  • Encourage children to express themselves through art, dramatic play, and physical activity.
  • Guide children in developing essential life skills, such as eating, dressing, and toilet habits.
  • Monitor children's progress and prepare reports for parents, guardians, or supervisors.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and community service providers to ensure a comprehensive and supportive environment.
  • Maintain a safe and healthy environment that promotes the well-being of children.
Requirements:
  • Early Childhood Education (ECE) Certificate
  • First Aid Certificate
  • Criminal record check
  • Dependability, flexibility, reliability, and a strong team player attitude
  • Work Term: Permanent
  • Work Language: English
  • Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week
