Job Title: Early Childhood Educator

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our team at QT Daycare. As an Early Childhood Educator, you will play a vital role in creating a nurturing and engaging environment for our young learners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement child-care programs that support the physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development of children.
  • Supervise staff, trainees, or volunteers to ensure a safe and healthy environment.
  • Lead activities that promote creativity, social skills, and emotional intelligence.
  • Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with co-workers and community service providers.
  • Plan and maintain a safe and healthy environment that protects the well-being of children.
Requirements:
  • Early Childhood Education (ECE) Certificate.
  • First Aid Certificate.
  • Criminal record check.
  • Dependability, flexibility, reliability, and a team player attitude.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in early childhood education.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Work Setting:

Child care centre.

Language:

English.

Hours of Work:

35 to 40 hours per week.
