Job Title: Senior Legal Counsel, Real Estate Transactions

Infrastructure Ontario's Transaction Services and Corporate Legal Enterprise Team is seeking a highly skilled Senior Legal Counsel to provide expert legal advice and support to our Real Estate Management & Litigation Team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality legal advice and research to support commercial real estate transactions and corporate/commercial matters.
  • Ensure corporate compliance with current legislation and Infrastructure Ontario policies and procedures.
  • Contribute to strategy development and provide litigation support to business units.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 6 years of experience practicing law in the area of commercial real estate.
  • University degree in Law (LLB or JD).
  • Membership in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
