Senior Legal Counsel, Real Estate Transactions

Infrastructure Ontario's Transaction Services and Corporate Legal Enterprise Team is seeking a highly skilled Senior Legal Counsel to provide expert legal advice and support to our Real Estate Management & Litigation Team.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide high-quality legal advice and research to support commercial real estate transactions and corporate/commercial matters.
- Ensure corporate compliance with current legislation and Infrastructure Ontario policies and procedures.
- Contribute to strategy development and provide litigation support to business units.
- Minimum 6 years of experience practicing law in the area of commercial real estate.
- University degree in Law (LLB or JD).
- Membership in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
- A competitive salary range of $125,200 to $187,800 per year.
