Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team at HP BEAUTY. In this role, you will provide high-level administrative support to our senior leadership team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

About the Role

This is a permanent position that requires 37.5 hours of work per week. You must have a secondary (high) school graduation certificate and at least 1 year of experience in a similar role or equivalent experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule Management: Coordinate and confirm appointments, meetings, and events for senior leaders.
  • Communication: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and respond to emails on behalf of senior leaders.
  • Data Entry: Perform accurate and efficient data entry tasks.
  • Project Coordination: Assist with planning, organizing, and executing projects and programs.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present reports, manuals, and correspondence as required.
  • Team Support: Provide general administrative support to other teams as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a similar role or equivalent experience.
  • Languages: English.
  • Security Clearance: Basic security clearance required.
