Restaurant Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at Thai Sechelt Restaurant. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our dining establishment, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of staff to achieve our high standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Team Management: Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and ensure that staff are working efficiently and effectively.
- Food Quality and Safety: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, prepare budget and cost estimates, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns, and ensure that customers receive exceptional service and a high-quality dining experience.
- Operations and Administration: Establish work schedules, prepare and submit reports, and maintain accurate records of staff performance and customer feedback.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, combination of sitting, standing, walking, and attention to detail.
Personal Suitability:- Efficient Interpersonal Skills: Excellent oral communication, team player, initiative, and dependability.
