Food Service Manager

At 7025777 MB PAM INC., we are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and establish methods to meet work schedules.
- Food Quality and Safety: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, prepare budget and cost estimates, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns and prepare food order summaries for the chef.
- Teamwork and Communication: Establish work schedules, supervise and check assembly of trays, and supervise and check delivery of food trolleys.
- Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- Experience: Experience an asset.
- Language: Langue de travail: Anglais.
- Work Hours: Heures de travail: 40 hours per week.
- Client Focus: Client focus is essential for this role.
- Efficient Interpersonal Skills: Efficient interpersonal skills are required to work effectively with staff and customers.
- Excellent Oral Communication: Excellent oral communication skills are necessary to communicate effectively with staff and customers.
- Flexibility: Flexibility is required to adapt to changing situations and priorities.
