Food Service Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at 7025777 MB PAM INC. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that high-quality food and exceptional customer service are consistently delivered.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Supervision
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
- Food Preparation and Service
- Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure that food is prepared and served in a timely manner.
- Supervise and check the assembly of trays and delivery of food trolleys to ensure that food is presented in a visually appealing manner.
- Customer Service
- Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Administrative Tasks
- Prepare budget and cost estimates, maintaining accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Prepare and submit reports to management, highlighting areas for improvement and suggesting solutions.
- Education
- College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1-2 years.
- Experience
- Experience is an asset, but not required.
- Personal Suitability
- Client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, flexibility, team player, and initiative.
