Your Position & How You Will Contribute:\

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex Fiber-to-the-Home (FTTH) projects and play a crucial role in mentoring other project managers while supporting cross-functional project expansion.

Responsibilities & Key Duties:\

  • Project Leadership: Manage and oversee the end-to-end delivery of complex FTTH projects, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and budget.\
  • Mentorship: Guide and mentor a team of Project Managers, helping them develop their project management skills and ensuring alignment with PMO processes.\
  • Cross-Functional Projects: Lead cross-functional initiatives as the organization expands beyond FTTH projects, ensuring seamless integration and execution.\
  • Process Improvement: Collaborate with the Director of Project Management to implement and standardize project management practices and methodologies.\
  • Tool Implementation: Play a key role in the implementation and optimization of a new project management tool, including setting up workflows and training team members.\
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, providing regular project updates, addressing risks, and ensuring clear communication.\
  • Risk and Issue Management: Identify potential project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and address issues proactively to keep projects on track.\
  • Reporting and Documentation: Prepare detailed status reports and presentations for senior leadership, and ensure project documentation is maintained accurately.\

Education:\

  • Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification required.\
\
Experience:\
  • \
  • Minimum of 7 years of project management experience, including 3+ years managing large-scale infrastructure projects (FTTH or telecom experience preferred).\
  • Demonstrated experience mentoring or managing junior project managers or teams.\
  • Strong understanding of project management tools, methodologies, and best practices.\
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Monday.com, JIRA, or similar) and experience implementing new tools within a team.\
  • Familiarity with FTTH project lifecycle phases (design, permitting, construction, splicing, activation).\
  • Experience in managing cross-functional projects in a PMO setting.\

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience.\
