Nursery Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nursery Manager to join our team at Edgewater Plants Inc.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee the daily operations of our nursery, ensuring the health and well-being of our plants.
- Develop and implement effective strategies for plant growth and production.
- Supervise and train staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
- Manage inventory and ordering of materials and stock.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
- 1-2 years of experience in a nursery or greenhouse setting.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
