Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team. As a key member of our store leadership, you'll be responsible for driving sales growth, leading a high-performing team, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of sales associates to achieve sales and profit goals
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and customer engagement
  • Provide coaching and training to team members to enhance their skills and performance
  • Manage store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and loss prevention
  • Collaborate with the store manager to achieve business objectives and implement company initiatives

Requirements

  • Minimum 1-2 years of leadership experience in a retail environment
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and leading high-performing teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Availability to work weekends and evenings
