Key Responsibilities
  • Associate Leadership: Hire, train, and develop a high-performing team of sales associates, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to provide outstanding customer service.
  • Pet Parent Engagement: Foster strong relationships with our customers and their pets, ensuring their safety and well-being within the store. This includes managing our live pet inventory and maintaining a well-stocked store.
  • Overall Retail Initiatives: Collaborate with your Store Manager to execute strategic merchandising plans, drive sales growth, and establish high standards of success within our retail store.
