We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Supervisor to join our team in Ingersoll, Ontario, Canada. The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of supervisor experience in facilities maintenance in a larger manufacturing field.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising a group of Maintenance Skilled Trades - Electricians, Millwrights, Plumbers, and implementing long-range plans for improvement of maintenance activities. They will also provide technical assistance to the manufacturing departments supported.

Key responsibilities include executing corporate safety policies, diagnosing equipment malfunctions, determining root causes, and initiating immediate and long-term corrections. The candidate will also support the plant in achieving Safety, People, Quality, Responsiveness, and Cost (SPQRC) goals.

Other key responsibilities include supervising construction and maintenance projects, assisting in the implementation of divisional and corporate policies, maintaining schedules and quality requirements, implementing safety and good housekeeping standards, training and developing employees, and complying with local and national labor agreements.

The estimated salary for this role is $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. This figure includes base pay, bonuses, and benefits.
