Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze client accounts to identify business opportunities and provide personalized recommendations.
  • Ensure seamless administrative tasks related to account management, delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Coordinate seminars for clients, developing engaging content to support their financial goals.
  • Participate in financial planning meetings, preparing files, and ensuring timely follow-up and next steps.
  • Lead onboarding, training, and coaching for new team members, fostering a culture of excellence.
Your Team:

You will join a dynamic team supporting two investment advisors in Mississauga, with a satellite office in Owen Sound, and two Licensed Associates.

Requirements:
  • Completed college and/or university diploma in a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in portfolio management, financial planning, marketing, and social media or taxation.
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills and comfort with technology.
