p>At Banque Nationale du Canada, we're looking for a Senior Administrative Associate to join our team. h3>Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze clients' accounts to identify business opportunities and provide tailored recommendations.
  • Ensure seamless account management by completing administrative tasks efficiently and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Coordinate seminars for clients, develop engaging content, and facilitate knowledge sharing.
  • Participate in financial planning meetings, prepare files, and ensure timely follow-up and next steps.
  • Lead onboarding, training, and coaching for new team members.
About Your Team:

You'll be part of a dynamic team supporting 2 investment advisors in Mississauga with a satellite office in Owen Sound and 2 Licensed Associates.

Requirements:
  • Completed college and/or university diploma in a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in portfolio management, financial planning, marketing, social media, or taxation.
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills and comfort with technology.
