We are seeking a highly skilled Eco-Friendly Infrastructure Manager to join our team at FCC Construcción in Toronto, ON. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our projects meet their environmental goals and address any non-conformances in these areas.

As an Eco-Friendly Infrastructure Manager, you will report directly to the Quality Director and will be responsible for following the Quality Management Plans and Environmental Management System. You will also be responsible for supporting quality control and quality assurance awareness and implementation and review Procedure as well as the close-out of Non-Conformance Reports for Environmental areas.

Your key responsibilities will include directing all aspects of environmental program for the Project Work, including overseeing the environmental auditing program. You will ensure that environmental issues and requirements are met in accordance with the agreement and establish and maintain working relationships with relevant Environmental Authorities and Interested Parties.

You will take the lead role in internal environmental design reviews including development of mitigation and compensation proposals, acceptable to the Province and Environmental Authorities. You will liaise with the Client's Representative and acting as the single point representative for the project on all matters relating to environmental management.

In this role, you will implement the Construction Environmental Management Plan and monitoring and verifying the project's compliance with the requirements of such plan. You will also implement environmental quality management systems and procedures in collaboration with the Quality Manager responsible for the Environmental Quality Management Plan.

You will prepare and submit to the Client's Representative all plans, reports and documents required under the CEMP Framework. Additionally, you will develop, submit, and implement plans and practices to address project environmental requirements.

To be successful in this role, you will require a minimum of 5-10 years of demonstrated experience in a senior management position on major projects such as light rail transit construction in urban and undeveloped areas. You must be certified as quality professionals from certifying bodies, as a minimum successful completion of an ISO 9001 2015 Lead Auditor Training Course.

Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per year
