We are seeking a skilled Business Operations Coordinator to join Canada Inc. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and have excellent organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement new administrative procedures to improve efficiency and productivity
  • Review and evaluate existing procedures to identify areas for improvement
  • Delegate tasks to office support staff to ensure timely completion
  • Oversee administrative activities and coordinate office services
  • Prepare reports, manuals, and correspondence as required

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent oral communication and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications

Working Conditions:

  • 30 hours per week
  • Permanent employment
