Job Title: Scheduling Clerks Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Scheduling Clerks Supervisor to join our team at Advance Plus Tech Solutions Inc.

Job Summary

The Scheduling Clerks Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the operational logistics of the organization, developing specific plans to prioritize tasks, and ensuring the smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement operational plans to prioritize tasks and ensure efficient use of resources
  • Oversee the operational logistics of the organization, including the coordination of activities with other work units or departments
  • Plan and organize operational logistics, including the requisition or ordering of materials, equipment, and supplies
  • Ensure the smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery, including arranging for maintenance and repair work
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
  • Recruit and hire staff, train workers in duties and policies, and conduct performance reviews
  • Coordinate, assign, and review work, including organizing and maintaining inventory
Requirements
  • College/CEGEP education or equivalent experience
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
