Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Scheduling Operations Manager to join our team at Advance Plus Tech Solutions Inc.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective scheduling plans to prioritize tasks and optimize operational logistics.
  • Oversee the operational logistics of the organization, ensuring smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery.
  • Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to achieve organizational goals.
  • Prepare and submit reports to management on operational performance and productivity.
  • Ensure the maintenance and repair of equipment and machinery, and resolve work problems as they arise.
  • Recruit, train, and develop staff to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Conduct performance reviews and coordinate work assignments to ensure optimal resource allocation.
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
Requirements
  • College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent experience.
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.
  • Availability for shift or on-call work.
  • Ability to relocate for this position.
  • Residency in proximity to the advertised location.
  • Previous experience in this field of employment.
