Job Title: Scheduling Clerks Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Scheduling Clerks Supervisor to join our team at Advance Plus Tech Solutions Inc.

Job Summary:

The Scheduling Clerks Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the operational logistics of the organization, developing specific plans to prioritize tasks, and ensuring the smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operational Logistics: Plan and organize operational logistics of the organization, including coordinating activities with other work units or departments.
  • Task Prioritization: Develop specific plans to prioritize tasks and ensure timely completion.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Ensure the smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery, and arrange for maintenance and repair work as needed.
  • Staff Management: Recruit and hire staff, train workers in duties and policies, and conduct performance reviews.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory, and requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
Requirements:
  • Education: College/CEGEP
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months, or equivalent experience
Working Conditions:

This is a permanent position with a work term of 30 to 48 hours per week. The work language is English, and free parking is available.
