Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at 1685816 ALBERTA LTD O/A PAPA JOHN'S PIZZA. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards, and supervising a team of food service staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet business needs
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including training and development
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, and maintain a clean and safe work environment
  • Prepare and submit reports on sales, stock, and other key performance indicators
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
