Courier - Specimen Transport Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and reliable Courier to join our team at LifeLabs. As a Courier, you will play a critical role in providing specimen transport services to physicians and other healthcare providers in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Transport Specimens: Safely transport medical specimens to designated facilities, ensuring the integrity and security of the specimens at all times.
  • Represent LifeLabs: Serve as a brand ambassador for LifeLabs, demonstrating professionalism and integrity in all interactions with customers and stakeholders.
  • Utilize Technology: Effectively use LifeLabs technology to access and complete online readings and training, read emails, and complete timecards.
  • Ensure Customer Satisfaction: Handle all customer situations with professionalism and courtesy, ensuring a positive experience at every touch point.

Requirements:

  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Driver's License: Full valid driver's license and clean driver's record.
  • Driving Experience: 3 years of driving experience with a full valid license.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communications skills.
  • Availability: Ability to work a specified route schedule and flexible work hours, including sudden shift changes.
