Food Services Director

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Food Services Manager to join our team at Elk Ridge Resort. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food and beverage services.
Responsibilities:- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory to ensure efficient food preparation and minimize waste.
- Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our guests, addressing complaints and concerns in a professional manner.
- Operations Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or equivalent non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1-2 years.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
