Food Services Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Services Manager to join our team at Elk Ridge Resort. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food and beverage services, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory to ensure efficient supply chain management and minimize waste.
- Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and safe environment for our guests and staff.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, addressing complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Operations Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years, or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
