Food Service Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Food Service Operations Manager to join our team at Elk Ridge Resort. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our food service facilities.
Key Responsibilities- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure that we have the necessary supplies to meet customer demand.
- Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed to maintain a safe working environment for our staff and customers.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to our guests, addressing any complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Operations Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate the daily operations of our food service facilities to ensure that they are running efficiently and effectively.
- Education: A college diploma or equivalent in a related field, such as hospitality or food service management.
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a food service management role, with a proven track record of success in inventory management, health and safety, and customer service.
Our food service facilities are fast-paced and dynamic, with a high volume of customers and staff. As a Food Service Operations Manager, you will be required to work in a team environment and be able to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
