Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Financial Compliance Specialist to join our finance team at beBee Professionals in North Vancouver.

This role involves maintaining accurate financial records, handling accounts payable and receivable, and ensuring the integrity of our accounting practices.

  • Manage and maintain financial records, including ledgers, invoices, and statements.
  • Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow.
  • Prepare financial reports and assist with budgeting.
  • Ensure timely processing of accounts payable and receivable.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a bookkeeper or in accounting.
  • Proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks or Xero.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Salary:

The estimated salary for this position is $65,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
