About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our team at Richmond Staffing Inc. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Marketing Strategy Development: Collaborate with our marketing team to design and execute marketing campaigns that meet our business objectives.
  • Content Creation: Develop high-quality content, including blog posts, social media posts, and email newsletters, to engage our target audience.
  • Public Relations: Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including media outlets, influencers, and industry partners.
  • Event Planning: Coordinate and execute marketing events, including conferences, trade shows, and product launches.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of our marketing campaigns.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a marketing role.
  • Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in MS Office, including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
