In this position, your primary goal will be to assess the security requirements of projects, taking into account applicable laws and local regulations, and to establish security objectives along with key risk management strategies. This will involve collaboration with a global team of engineers and project managers in a diverse and inclusive setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategize security initiatives throughout the development lifecycle, estimating costs and timelines, assessing impacts on project execution, and identifying training requirements.
  • Conduct Cybersecurity context assessments and Risk Analyses.
  • Define Cybersecurity Architecture and allocate requirements accordingly.
  • Cascade requirements to suppliers and manage risks associated with third parties.
  • Implement Cybersecurity Assurance Levels.
  • Develop Cybersecurity Operating Procedures.
  • Evaluate the achieved Cybersecurity level of the project.
  • Oversee the project budget concerning Cybersecurity.
  • Manage interfaces with subcontractors within your scope.
  • Provide assistance during technical design meetings related to cybersecurity activities.
  • Report on the status of Project Cybersecurity.
  • In the event of an external Cybersecurity audit, manage interactions with auditors and document lessons learned.

Required Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
  • Preferred Cybersecurity certifications

Required Experience:

  • Over 5 years of experience in Cybersecurity and the deployment of security technologies.
  • Experience in industrial sectors (OT, Industrial Control Cybersecurity).
  • Project Management experience.
  • Collaboration with engineering teams.
  • Experience in reporting and communicating critical information to stakeholders.

Competencies & Skills:

  • Background in Engineering.
  • Strong understanding of industrial cybersecurity architecture and principles.
  • Familiarity with major Cybersecurity standards and regulations, such as ISO 2700X, NIST, NIS, and IEC.
  • Knowledge of Cybersecurity solutions and domains.
  • Expertise in conducting Risk analyses on industrial electronics or embedded systems.
  • Understanding of architecture concepts and techniques related to systems and networks, operating systems, and relevant programming languages.
  • Proficiency in techniques for evaluating system security.
