About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Claims Service Representative to join our team at Northbridge Financial Corporation. As a Claims Service Representative, you will be responsible for receiving incoming inquiries and setting up new claims. You will provide prompt technical support services to our Claims Adjusters through telephone claims, while maintaining data quality and service levels within the department.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure every interaction is a great experience.
- Handle high-volumes of requests in a timely manner.
- Work with different departments to ensure a quick and accurate flow of information.
Requirements
- Post-Secondary education (College or University).
- 2 years of front-line Customer Service experience.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Team-first mentality.
